A major problem with Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution

Near the last third of the game there are some major lag issues simply because there's so much going on. I would suggest saving fairly often because of these lags. I would also suggest patience. Your console isn't frozen - one way to test this is to pop open the dashboard. If that pops up there's just game lag. If it doesn't well then I hoped you saved because you're gonna have to reboot.
